-Is that you in real life (the brunette) in your albums? Yes. The only pictures you will find in my albums are either of the real life me, or my imvu avatar. I’d be happy to prove this by going on webcam or giving you my twitch and youtube information.
-Can I have a refund? NO. Last time I allowed refunds someone abused the system by donating to my badges and then as soon as they got the incentives they demanded a refund so that way they could keep the incentive, and get it for free basically by demanding a refund saying she changed her mind. She did this three different times and after that I said enough is enough. It’s not fair to me, the incentive owners or anyone else who donates as it slows down the progress of pushing out a badge on time. So no, sorry no more refunds.
-What if I buy a product and don’t like it after I buy it? Not my problem. If you didn’t try it on in the shop before you bought it then it’s not my problem you didn’t like it after you bought it. Sorry.
-Do you take customs? Yes I do. Check out the customs tab for more info.
-Can I join your role-play? Depends on if you mean the The Frost Alliance (Military) or the Frost Empire in General, but probably yes.
-Can I join The Frost Empire? To join The Frost Empire, you must sign the group rules for The Frost Empire after joining out group page, which can be found in the role-play tab. You must authenticate yourself first however by adding me to Skype and going on a call with me and showing me your face over webcam so we know you aren’t one of my stalkers.
-Can I join your Military (The Frost Alliance)? To join The Frost Alliance you MUST do the following in this order: 1. You have to have a working webcam, mic and Skype to join in which you must do our security check where you go on webcam and show me your face. This is to make sure you aren’t one of my stalkers. 2. You must buy the armor for the division of the military you wish to join FROM MY SHOP (see the shop tab for more details). 3. You must sign the group rules for The Frost Alliance. and 4. You must apply to the division you want to be in.
-Can I have credits or a gift? NO. I work hard to buy my own things. I’m not your Mother. If you need something you can go to the earn tab of imvu and earn credits that way. Make a help ticket with imvu if you don’t know how. If I wanna give a gift, I’ll do it without someone asking or hinting. If you ask or hint you definitely won’t get one. Sorry, not sorry.
-What is your twitch/youtube? I stream video games on both sites. Message me for the details.
-What is your xBox gamer tag, Steam username, Nintendo 3DS Friend Code and etc? Send me a message, and I’ll give it to you if I feel you are worthy of having the information. If I say no, don’t get butthurt. I don’t give out my info to just anyone.
Rules You Must Follow Theses
1. Do not be disrespectful. Ever.
2. You must wait at least 24-48 hours before I can grant you the badges. Usually I grant them right away anyway.
3. There are no refunds what-so-ever.
4. Badges will never be granted to Mavrick. I don’t condone art-theft, and because Mavrick has, I will not grant my badges to him.
5. Steal my art and I will DMCA you.
6. When ordering a custom you MUST give the credits/money first before I will start on your project. This is to prevent myself from getting screwed over.
7. Do not harass me. Don’t be a jerk and you’ll be fine! <3
